It all begins with a FREE quotation home visit by one of our designers or surveyors. In discussion with you they will explore and create a design that combines functionality with style and beauty. All tailored to your personal requirements and personal taste, with a clear aim to make the most of your space. They will only suggest quality materials, parts and fittings to ensure the best finish and a lasting peace of mind.
Opun’s commitment to excellence won’t stop when your project is complete. All our projects are covered by a warranty underwritten by the John Lewis Partnership for added peace of mind. 5-year warranty on our bathroom & kitchen renovations 12-year warranty on our loft conversions, extensions, or home renovations Both materials & workmanship are covered by our warranty. We are clear and transparent about costings throughout the project. Starting with your initial quotation, all costings will be broken down so it is easy to understand. We will be happy to walk you through them, as well as explore variations. It is important to note that our quotations are an accurate reflection of the total cost of your project. It will include the full design, supply and installation of your new space, and your warranty. We apply NO hidden fees and give you a fixed quotation. It will not change if you don’t change your mind!
Your project is meticulously followed up to ensure quality work and timely delivery. On-site, your project will be carefully managed by our expert trade partners and overseen by one of our regional managers, who will inspect the work on a regular basis and post progress updates for you on our portal. In addition, you’ll be allocated a dedicated Opun assistant to coordinate your project. They’ll be your central point of contact, liaising with all parties on your behalf. You can communicate with your Opun assistant by email, phone, text or through our portal – whatever suits you best. Each stage of your project will be signed off by yourself and our regional manager during an on-site visit.
Quality work is delivered by quality people. At Opun we only work with carefully chosen trade partners. We spend a lot of time and effort in the selection and verification of the teams we work with. Each of our trade partners has passed our 20-point accreditation programme, which includes a DBS check. Our criteria are the most thorough in the industry, and we work closely with Trading Standards under the Primary Authority Scheme to ensure we keep our standards high.
