Opun services will be temporarily suspended due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

It has become clear that the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak will dramatically affect our lives over the coming weeks and months and our thoughts are with anyone affected. 

Following advice given by the government and Public Health England relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, to minimise social contact we have put our Opun in home services on hold until further notice.

We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause and is not an action we take lightly but the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our teams is our priority.  There may be exceptional circumstances where ceasing work isn’t the best course of action and these will be reviewed on a case by case basis. This approach may be subject to change as the situation evolves.

We remain committed to helping and supporting you, as well as keeping you as up-to-date as possible. In the short term, it may take longer for us to contact you, should our service centre be affected and we are already taking alternative steps to keep in touch.
